We first carry out an initial audit of your IT systems and technology that enables our senior technicians to document the way your servers,
networks and PC facilities have been setup. There is no charge for this audit. We can then confirm if we have the necessary skills to support
your environment and provide a detailed quotation for the extent of the contracted support that is relevant to your needs.
We can also configure remote management tools to allow us to remotely view your technology environment and to apply any software updates or
make changes to user profiles.
At agreed intervals we will carry out health checks of the servers to review backup logs, resource utilisation, performance factors and the
status of virus software. The outcome of these checks is reported back to you.
Customers of our SiteCare Premier service generally have larger and more
complex IT facilities. For such customers, we usually contract for a fixed number of support hours each month. This time is used to carry out
health checks and provide for all regular on-site support so that we can properly manage the facilities in our care. This fixed number of hours
is regularly reviewed and can be increased or decreased to meet your changing needs.

There are no establishment costs for this service. We would charge for the quoted fixed amount of monthly support hours (with a minimum of
2.5 hours per month). The volume of fixed hours per month is reviewed regularly and can be adjusted to keep the service in tune with your needs.
These hours are charged at the special discounted rate for SiteCare Premier
customers of $100 per hour excluding GST.
